Nicolas Guille : "Continue with this momentum"
“During the Grand Prix de Plumelec and the Boucles de l'Aulne (victories for Cosnefroy and Gougeard, respectively), the guys had a lot of fun racing together. And the results are testament to that. We really want to continue with this dynamic. The Mayenne opens with a traditional prologue. Dorian Godon won that stage last year, and he will do his best to repeat. On paper, the race may seem a little easier than other years, so it's up to us to be aggressive to shake things up and avoid every stage finishing in a sprint. Quentin Jaurégui has shown that he is in good shape, and has been hovering around a win for several weeks now.”NICOLAS GUILLE
Winner of the 17th stage of the Giro d'Italia, Nans Peters has had 51 days of racing in 2019, and only one abandonment. He is the French rider with the most days of competition this year.
